Which courier partners do you use?
We ship orders using trusted courier partners including India Post and private courier companies depending on your location and service availability.
Are shipping charges included in the product price?
No. Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout. Sometimes we may offer free or discounted shipping through promotions or coupon codes.
How long does dispatch take for India orders?
If the item is in ready stock, dispatch usually takes 2–5 business days. If the item is not in ready stock, dispatch may take 5–10 business days or more as mentioned on the product page.
How long does delivery take within India?
Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days after dispatch depending on your location, courier operations, weather, and other external factors.
Do you offer same-day or local delivery?
Local delivery may be possible in some areas if the order is placed before 12:00 PM on business days. Please contact support for confirmation.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD is available only for selected Indian locations and items, subject to order value limits and customer delivery history. COD is not available for international orders.
Why was my COD order cancelled?
COD orders go through a risk check based on past delivery history (RTO). High-risk orders may be cancelled or converted to prepaid to prevent losses.
What happens if I place multiple COD orders?
If multiple COD orders exceed the allowed limit, only one order may be processed at a time. Others may be kept on hold until the first is delivered and paid.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Any extra charges due to address correction or re-routing must be borne by the customer.
What if my shipment is delayed?
Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, road conditions, festivals, or political situations. Bong Trendz ensures timely handover to courier partners but cannot control transit delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally on prepaid orders only. COD is not available for international shipments.
How long does international delivery take?
International delivery usually takes 5–15 business days or more after dispatch depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Who pays customs duty and taxes?
All customs duties, import taxes, and local charges must be paid by the customer and are not included in product or shipping charges.
What if I refuse delivery?
For both prepaid and COD orders, refusal may result in deduction of forward shipping, reverse shipping, handling fees, and restocking fees before any refund or wallet credit.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they are not already dispatched.
How will I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
