Cashback is credited only as wallet balance. It cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account.
Cashback will be credited within 1–2 business days after successful delivery and payment confirmation.
No cash or bank refund is provided. Refund is processed only as wallet balance after deducting shipping, restocking and handling charges.
Lower value exchange is not allowed. Higher value exchanges require paying the difference and do not receive extra cashback.

Cashback may be revoked fully or partially if exchanged to non-saree products.
