No Cost EMI Terms and Conditions

  • This No-Cost EMI offer (“Offer”) is provided by the merchant (“Merchant”) in partnership with participating banks and financial institutions and is facilitated via the Cashfree payment gateway.
  • The Offer is valid only on selected credit cards / debit cards / cardless EMI options issued by participating banks and financial partners as made available on the checkout page.
  • The Offer is applicable only on eligible products and/or minimum cart value as defined by the Merchant from time to time.
  • Under this Offer, the customer will not be charged any interest on the EMI by the Merchant. The interest component charged by the bank is borne by the Merchant by way of an upfront discount provided to the customer.
  • The final EMI amount, tenure options (3 months / 6 months / 9 months / etc.), and availability are subject to the issuing bank’s approval and policies.
  • Processing fees, GST, late payment charges, foreclosure charges, or any other fees levied by the issuing bank or financial institution (if any) shall be borne by the customer and are not part of the No-Cost EMI benefit.
  • The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, coupon, cashback, or discount unless explicitly stated by the Merchant.
  • The Offer is valid for a limited period only and may be modified, extended, or withdrawn by the Merchant at any time without prior notice.
  • The Offer is valid only for successful transactions completed during the Offer period using eligible payment instruments.
  • In case of order cancellation, return, or refund:
  • The refund will be processed as per the Merchant’s standard refund policy.
  • The bank may take additional time to reverse the EMI transaction.
  • Any interest, processing fee, or charges already billed by the bank may not be refundable and shall be governed by the bank’s policies.
  • The Merchant shall not be responsible for:
  • Rejection of EMI by the issuing bank.
  • Any technical issues during payment processing.
  • Any disputes related to EMI schedules, billing, interest calculation, or credit limit.
  • The customer understands that EMI approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing bank / financial institution.
  • The Merchant and Cashfree shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising due to the use of the Offer.
  • Any misuse or fraudulent use of the Offer may result in cancellation of the transaction and/or legal action.
  • By availing this Offer, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Merchant’s general Terms of Service, and the bank’s EMI terms.
  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
