At Bong Trendz, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and transparently. Below are the details of how shipping works for both India and international orders.

🇮🇳 Shipping Within India

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated separately from the product price.
  • We may offer free or discounted shipping through automatic promotions or coupon codes from time to time.
  • Shipping fees are charged by our delivery partners for their services and are not retained by Bong Trendz.

Our Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics providers such as:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • India Post
  • Other reputed courier partners depending on destination and service availability

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • If the item is in ready stock, it is usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • If the item is not in ready stock, dispatch may take 5–10 business days or more.
  • Please refer to the product page for the specific dispatch timeline.

Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 5–7 business days, depending on location.
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 15 working days.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.

Local Delivery

For select locations:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM → usually delivered the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM → delivered the next business day

Local delivery timelines exclude Sundays, public holidays, and operational holidays.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracking details are sent via email after dispatch.
  • Customers can also view shipment status from their account dashboard (if logged in).

Delivery Responsibility

We ensure timely handover of orders to our courier partners. However, delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road or transportation issues
  • Public holidays
  • Regional restrictions
  • Courier partner operational delays

We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal to accept the order

Courier partner policies will apply, and additional re-shipping or handling charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible orders up to a defined value limit per customer per delivery cycle.
  • COD availability may vary based on:
    • Location
    • Product category
    • Order value

Multiple COD Orders

If multiple COD orders together exceed the allowed limit:

  • Only one order will be processed at a time.
  • Remaining orders will be fulfilled after the first order is successfully delivered and paid.

COD Risk & Verification (RTO Control)

To reduce failed deliveries (Return to Origin – RTO):

  • COD orders are reviewed based on past delivery history shared by courier partners.
  • Orders from high-risk profiles may be restricted from COD service.
  • In such cases, customers may convert their order to prepaid before cancellation.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

Any additional cost due to address correction, re-routing, or re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will guide you as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Free Shipping Offers

  • Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time.
  • These offers may not always be combined with other discounts.
  • Bong Trendz reserves the right to modify or withdraw shipping offers based on operational feasibility.

Order Acceptance

Bong Trendz reserves the right to cancel or decline any order in rare cases of:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected misuse or fraud

Customers will be informed wherever possible.

Peak Season Disclaimer

Delivery timelines may be longer during:

  • Festivals
  • Sale events
  • High-volume periods
  • Natural disruptions

Buy 1 Get 1 (BOGO) Offer – Shipping Policy (India Only)  - Valid till 15th March 2026

The Buy 1 Get 1 (BOGO) promotional offer is valid only for orders shipped within India. International orders are not eligible for this offer under any circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

  • BOGO orders are processed and shipped only to Indian delivery addresses.
  • Orders placed with international shipping addresses will not qualify for the Buy 1 Get 1 offer and may be cancelled or revised before dispatch.

Initial Shipping

  • Standard shipping timelines apply as displayed at checkout.
  • Any free or discounted shipping benefits offered during the promotion apply only to the initial shipment.

Shipping for Exchanges

  • If an exchange is approved under the Buy 1 Get 1 offer:
    • Reverse pickup charges (return shipping) must be borne by the customer.
    • Re-shipping charges for the exchanged item must also be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on courier rates and delivery location.

No Shipping Refunds

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under the Buy 1 Get 1 offer.
  • No reimbursement or adjustment of shipping fees will be provided, even if the exchange is approved.

Delivery Failure / Non-Acceptance

  • If a Buy 1 Get 1 order fails delivery due to:
    • Customer unavailability
    • Incorrect address
    • Refusal to accept delivery

the order will not be eligible for return, refund, or re-dispatch without additional shipping charges.

Final Shipping Clause

  • Buy 1 Get 1 orders are treated as special promotional shipments.
  • By placing an order under this offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all shipping-related conditions outlined above.

🌍 International Shipping (Outside India)

Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated separately from the product price.

Payment Method

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
All international orders must be prepaid using available online payment methods.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Ready stock items: dispatched within 2–5 business days
  • Non-ready stock items: dispatched within 5–10 business days or more

Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Customs & Duties

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer.

Any additional cost due to incorrect address or re-shipment will be borne by the customer.

Order Refusal / Failed Delivery (International)

Since international orders are prepaid:

  • Are not eligible for refund
