How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can initiate a return or exchange online:

  1. Log in using your registered email & OTP or order number with email
  2. Go to My Orders → Select the item(s)
  3. Complete the 4-step process and submit your request
  4. After approval, we will arrange pickup of the item(s) from the delivered address

Items Eligible for Return

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and resalable
  • Original packaging & tags intact
  • Proof of purchase available
  • Package opening video/photo provided

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Gift cards
  • Jewellery items
  • Items already exchanged once (unless defective with proof)
  • Items marked “Non-returnable” on the product page
  • Custom-stitched or altered products
  • Add-on or service products
  • Items purchased during discounts or promotions
  • Always check the product page before ordering.

Incorrect or Invalid Return Requests

To ensure fairness:

  • Fake or misleading evidence → request rejected
  • Products from other sellers/vendors → rejected

Such items may be restocked and will not be returned to the customer.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

  • Report damaged or defective items within 24 hours of delivery
  • For loss or theft during delivery, contact us immediately with details

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange allowed for equal or higher value items (subject to stock availability)
  • Replacement is shipped after return inspection
  • Reverse and forward shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer

Refund Options (India Orders)

After inspection and approval, refunds are processed as:

  1. Refund to Original Payment Method (Cash / Bank / Online Payment)
    • Applicable deductions will be made as per charges listed below
  2. Exchange for Another Product
  3. VIP customers receive priority processing.

If more than 15 business days pass after approval, please contact support.


Order Non-Acceptance & Deduction Policy (COD & Prepaid Orders)

For both COD and prepaid orders:

If a customer does not accept delivery after confirmation due to:

  • Unavailability
  • Change of mind
  • Refusal
  • Incorrect address
  • Similar reasons

Bong Trendz reserves the right to deduct applicable costs including:

  • Forward shipping charges
  • Reverse shipping charges
  • Handling fees
  • Restocking fees

before issuing any refund (where applicable).

This helps us recover genuine logistics and processing costs incurred.

All approved returns and exchanges incur a 5% restocking fee.

Buy 1 Get 1 (BOGO) Offer – Special Terms & Conditions (Within India Only) - Valid till 15th March 2026

Products purchased under the Buy 1 Get 1 (BOGO) or similar bundled promotional offers are subject to the following strict conditions:

No Returns

  • Returns are not allowed under any circumstances for Buy 1 Get 1 offer purchases.
  • No refund will be issued in any form, including cash, bank transfer, or store credit.

Exchange Policy (Conditional)

  • Exchange requests may be approved only within the same Buy 1 Get 1 offer category, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange can be done only for items of the same or lower value, based on the lowest-priced item in the entire order.
  • If the selected exchange item is of higher value, the difference amount must be paid by the customer.
  • If no suitable item is available under the same offer, exchange cannot be approved or performed.

Charges & Fees

  • All shipping charges for return pickup and re-shipping of exchanged items must be borne entirely by the customer.
  • A 5% restocking fee will be charged on the total order value if an exchange is approved.

Finality Clause

  • Once a Buy 1 Get 1 order is placed, it is considered a special promotional sale and is governed strictly by this section.
  • By placing an order under this offer, the customer explicitly agrees to these terms.

🌍 International Orders

Return Process

  • Contact support for approval
  • Ship the product to the address provided
  • Customer bears return shipping cost

Eligibility

Same as India orders:

  • 7-day return window
  • Original condition
  • Proof of purchase
  • Package opening video/photo

Refund for International Orders

  • Refunds are processed only after return inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically feasible
  • Processing time may vary based on international banking and payment gateways

Payment Method for International Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
  • All international purchases must be prepaid

Order Refusal / Failed Delivery (International)

Since international orders are prepaid:

  • Orders refused or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address
  • Are not eligible for refund
  • Any additional return or re-shipping charges may be deducted or requested separately
